A 19TH CENTURY CITRINE AND GOLD FILIGREE CASED PARURE comprising; a necklace of twelve oval citrines, large cross pendant/brooch set with oval and pear shaped citrines, a pair of single citrine earrings with detachable long pendants, each containing an oval and a large pear shaped citrine and a single citrine bail and oval brooch. The whole contained in fitted green leather case. Length of necklace 46cm (18''), brooch 7 x 6.5cm, pendant earrings 7cm, small brooch 3.5 x 3cm approx. (B.P. 24% incl. VAT)
Necklace is held together with cotton in places. One smaller earring damaged, old lead solder repair. Bail has old lead solder repair. Large pear shaped citrine to one earring has been glued unsympathetically. Also small oval brooch glued. Otherwise good.

Total weight approx. 117g.
Unmarked yellow gold, has not been tested due to delicate nature of filigree work. One link in necklace is very clean, possibly has been cleaned. Citrines in necklace are of a good strong colour, large pear shaped drops are more watery. Cross brooch is more of a mixture.
