Valuation for potential sale
Pre-auction advice and valuation is FREE.  Items can be appraised in our offices either by appointment or on a valuation day. Home visits can be arranged for larger consignments throughout Wales by appointment. There is no fee for this type of verbal advice but travelling expenses may apply dependant on distance.

Valuation for Inheritance Tax + Probate
A fee for these valuations may apply. Probate valuations are prepared in accordance with HMRC IHT 200, Customs & Excise forms.  Based on Fair Market Values.  Please ring for details and a quotation.

Insurance Valuations
Fees are charged for preparing detailed valuations which are acceptable to all major Insurance Companies. Photography and detailed descriptions are part of this service. Please ring for more details and a no obligation quotation

Family Division, Capital Gains Tax + Insurance

Written valuations may be prepared for Division purposes, Divorce, Insurance and Taxation purposes and scale fees will apply.  Estimated costs will be agreed in advance.  Quotations are free and bear no obligation.
